What we collect, why we need it and how you stay in control. We keep it to the minimum needed to deliver your order.
The short version
- We only ask for what we need to deliver and support your order - usually just your email.
- We never ask for or store passwords, seed phrases, private keys or card numbers.
- We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the store.
- You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
Information we collect
- Order details: your email address, an optional name, the products you bought and your order history.
- Payment details: the asset, network, amount, transaction ID and the public wallet address the payment came from. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
- Account details: if you create an account, your username and a securely hashed password.
- Support messages: anything you choose to send us when you contact support.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address, device and pages visited) kept in server and security logs.
Information we never collect
We will never ask for a service password, wallet seed phrase, private key, recovery code or bank card number. If anyone asks you for these on our behalf, it is not us - please let us know.
How we use your information
- To process your payment and deliver your order.
- To send receipts, delivery details and important service messages.
- To provide support, replacements and refunds.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send offers - only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the store - hosting, email delivery, security and, when a product requires it, the fulfilment partner that activates your plan. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Support messages and logs are kept only as long as they are useful. Account data is deleted when you delete your account, apart from records we must keep by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict some uses. Email info@virtgold.shop and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security
The store runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your account and email secure.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
