Delivery Policy
Everything we sell is digital - nothing is shipped, and you never need to give us a postal address.
The short version
- Digital delivery only - no shipping, no postal address.
- Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Details arrive by email and in your account area.
How delivery works
After the blockchain confirms your payment, your order moves to processing automatically. Depending on the product you receive a key or voucher, an invitation to a workspace, or confirmation that an upgrade was applied to your account. The product page always shows which method applies.
Delivery times
- Instant products: usually within a few minutes of confirmation.
- Manual activations: usually within a few hours, and at most 24 hours.
- Network confirmation: depends on the coin - from seconds on Solana, Tron, XRP and TON to around 10-30 minutes on Bitcoin.
Where to find your order
We send delivery details to the email you used at checkout. If you created an account, they are also saved in My account → Orders. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find our email.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email info@virtgold.shop with your order number and we will check it straight away. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund - see the Refund & Replacement Policy.
Keep your access safe
Treat keys, codes and invitations like cash. Do not share them, and never share passwords or recovery codes with anyone - including us.
